A few years ago, my sister-in-law Anne made popovers for our family. We all loved them and ate them every month or so for a while. Then we forgot about the poor popover.
And so the popover was forgotten.
For many years.
Until recently. We made them again just the other day and though they were good, we really believed they'd be better with the correct pan....an honest-to-goodness popover pan.

Oh. My. Goodness.

What a difference a pan makes!

Can I say that I don't think I've EVER eaten a popover? ::gasp!:: I'll have to try them! :)
